Senses Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir 

100% Pinot Noir

2018 has been a busy year for winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown and the rest of the Senses Wines team who spent the better part of 2017 and early 18’ Rebuilding Wine Country. This operation not only spearheaded the reconstruction of communities devastated by the Napa/Sonoma fires, but they also managed to produce one of the most interesting and complex vintages of Pinot Noir we’ve had in recent years. This Pinot is a wonderful example of what the coastal climate offers: concentrated flavors and depth of palate. With 90+ points from Robert Parker, this is the bottle for our Pinot fans. Paix Sur Terre Picpoul Blanc

100% Picpoul Blanc
Vineyard: Glenrose Vineyard

The first Picpoul Blanc produced by Ryan Pease of Paix Sur Terre is on fire! The fruit comes from the stunning Glenrose Vineyard and is grown on two parts of the property: the warm southern exposed summit and the much cooler, east facing ridge line.  The two distinct exposures are combined to make an incredibly complex wine with flavors of Meyer lemon, lime, and a salty, mouthwatering sensation that gives this wine such distinction. The fruit was whole cluster pressed to a stainless steel tank and fermented with Champagne yeast.  After fermenting to dryness the wine was racked to stainless steel barrels and aged for two months before being sterile filtered and bottled on January 11th.
